You should put all the things that go together first.

It sounds terrible! You can't make heads or tails of it. Some of your sentences are ambigious. classy what? sexy what? clothes?

The only right & professional suggestion is from answerer Joannah. This is a caption for a magazine right? I'd go with her if I were you.

Seeing, particularly

Also, do you mean she likes being photographed? "She enjoys taking pictures" means she likes being the photographer, but since she's a model, I'm a bit confused. If she likes taking pictures, maybe you should say, "Besides modeling, she likes taking pictures".

PS: Cruel Intentions--great movie! and awesome car!

Edited to add: Does she like "tinkering" with cars? I assumed she liked being photographed with cars. I guess I'm underestimating young Nicole, no wonder I got so many thumbs-down. Joannah's answer is very good IF that's what you meant.

The second sentence change "see" to "seeing".

The third sentence: Do you mean "She has done every type of modeling, including..."?

The rest is okay.

"seeing the outcome" and "exotics" are the only grammatical changes I'd make. Otherwise is great.
