Russia is number 12 on the list of wealthiest nations. So yeah, Russia is ahead of all but 11 other countries. ~rolling eyes~ And that's just when talking money. The post just above mine really spells it out. People such as yourself need to get acquainted with reality.

Ahead of us in the time of day? Because the Earth rotates on its axis that way -- duh.
I can't think of any other field in which Russia is doing better than the U.S.

Since you're in the MILITARY section, I'm assuming you mean MILITARILY. Obviously, you don't read anything. Russia's military is underpaid...IF they get paid. Their navy is a joke, and their nuke subs are rusting at the piers. The country is corrupt from the ground up. Basics of survival are at a minimum.
Get your head outta your hind parts and pay attention to what's going on in the world.

Its not, you see after the cold war Russia fell completely. Leaving it poor and almost inhabited. Nowadays Russia is gaining more people, but its government is still in peaces.

In there system, if you disagree with or criticize the government or "Fearless Leader" you are murdered, sent to gulags, or put in a "mental hospital". They don't have to deal with a hopelessly divided partisan plagued government and media like we do.
