I have a anti-stalking order against my ex. Last week I began to move out of my home. The ex does not live in the home either. Now I was renting and have the place rented until the end of this month. My anti-stalking order included my old address, new address, work and my mothers home as the old address was due to us moving on the weekends as I work full time and have 3 children... How was my ex able to have the old address removed on this last Monday without my knowledge? I needed to go and clean still that was this weekends fun for me and the kids... now we are not safe to do that. How can a judge sign off on the word of the one doing the stalking? Did he just walk in and say she does not live there anymore and the Judge sign off on this? I now am going to end up charged $ for the landlord to clean this property and who is responsible? The Judge for signing off on this and the ex?

I should say this too the antistalking order was granted to me on friday as he followed a moving truck to my new home... and he was not served till Sunday! So on Monday he walked in and had the address removed. The landlord and I spoke and he did not provide any information so how can the stalker do this?

I just spoke with the clerk of courts and found out that the stalker wrote the judge a letter saying I moved out completely and he wants to be able to go to a friends house and his moms house that are in the area... how would a judge take the word of a stalker? No proof I had finished moving and rentals are till the end of the month!

You need to seek the local police or sheriff help to enforce the anti stalking if he breach it.

Though most states are the same when it comes to these protection orders...there are sometimes variations.

If you wish to contact me through email to advise me of what state you reside in...I may be able to provide more specific information to you!

Best wishes.

That sucks - you might want to talk to a lawyer.
