I say GO FOR IT!!!
How fun!!!!
I mean get it done well ahead of time,as to avoid the "new" look. or God forbid (knock on wood) any side effects.
I mean it would be so awesome if you could get them and then unveil (no pun :) to your fiance on your wedding night. But that is not very practical.
Life is short, I say unless he is just grossed out about the idea do it!!!!!! Be careful though, choose the right Dr.!!!!! Do your homework! I just saw on TV another new kind of implant I had not seen before. I SO wish I could remember the name of it!!! But it seemed to have a lot of advantages. Oh I hope somebody here can name it, them. Seems like they had a name that sounded like an old toy name? I will have to look it up.
And congrats!

OK ok ok.
Ask yourself a few questions - Like why you're self conscoius about your breasts in the first place.
Will bigger breasts make YOU happy? Let's not worry about fiance right now - let's concentrate on you.
What about bigger breasts will make you happy - more confident perhaps, you want the attention?
Is your fiance happy with your breasts as they are or is he pressuring you for the operation? Hint: If he's not happy with the way you are today - he'll find some other thing to change after the boob job. That's a bad sign.
Are you willing to put up with the anesthesia, the pain, the possible ill effects (such as loss of feeling) of this operation?
Do you have realistic expectations - in that bigger breasts won't automatically make you the next big celebrity - you'll still be the same old "who-ever-you-are" you are today. The laundry will still pile up. You'll stll have to wash dishes etc. You'll just have bigger breasts.
After you've answered these questions, plus a whole lot more your MD should ask - then it's up to you.
Personally, I'd rather take the money and pay off my car note or student loans - but hey, that's me.

Depends how far away your wedding is, if you can get them now BECAUSE YOU WANT TO, no one else, and you have the time for them to settle down and look more natural, like a year or so, then that's totally up to you.
But if you want breast implants simply to fill your dress because you're getting married, then no way dude, don't do it. You should be YOU on your wedding day, and the best version of YOU, not you and a new pair of girls you never had before. ; ) Plus there are SO many tricks out there now to make what you have look amazing, like bra cup inserts and such.

Gosh, won't the bandages & tubing clash with your wedding gown?! Oh, you don't mean the actual day.....dont' you know it takes an entire year after that surgery for the healing to happen & for your breasts to look good? If you're planning on getting married a year after your surgery, sure, why not get it done & get used to your newer larger perkier pets. Come on,
breast implants are stupid. Buy a WonderBra, get some padding, stuff gym sox in there.........

No. Your man obviously loves you for who you are. Plus, I just wouldn't recommend doing it before such a big event. What if there are complications? I think recovering from an operation would make planning and everything even more stressful. Also, it may interfere with breastfeeding later. If you do it, I'd wait til after the wedding so you have plenty of time to recover.

No. Apart from being somewhat dangerous, and decreasing the sensitivity of your breasts, think of the many better things that you could do with the money. All over the world people are dying of disease and starvation; you could probably save four or five hundred lives with the money you'd spend on new breasts.

Yeah, girl.
The last time I saw you, you looked pretty flat. Don't embarrass your family on your wedding day by being boobless. You need a D-cup minimum.
Consider the lipo too. You were looking a little thick around the thighs.

No. According to your profile you are model perfect and better than everyone else. You want to do something that drastic and permanent just to look good in a dress for one day?? Stop being so immature and superficial!

You're contemplating surgery to permanently alter your appearance so you look good in a dress for one day.
Hmm. There's a thinker. With all the complications that can arise from surgery, maybe just a good push-up bra would be a better, less costly, and less permanent solution.

its all up to you. if you feel it will make you more confident and will boast your self esteem why not. you can talk it with your future husband too if he wants you to have it.and the most important thing is will it make you really happy in the real sense of the word. it also have consequences so you better think about it first ans if you think its worth it all then go for it.
