i woke up scared ...what does this mean?

..the skeleton was wearing a black blazer..at first in the dream i tried to ignore it was there but then it started chasing me......in the dream i said the Lord's prayer while running and in the end...outside of the cemetary, the skeleton was smashed to pieces in the end

The skeleton represents "death" or death is trying to overtake you. The cementary you saw represents a place you know in the real world where the people are spiritually dead. It looks like the enemy is after you because you may influence some of the people who are spiritually dead. So, continue to pray and seek God.

Kate, I cheated on this a little by looking at the questions that you asked in the past and trying to get to know you a little better.
You worry about eating too much right? Are you thin, do you worry about being TOO thin? Even SKELETON thin? Do you pressure yourself too much to lose weight?
I'll bet that you're a lot like me in some ways -- high strung, worried about your own spirituality, kind to people, but a worrier. A bit of a hypochondriac.
Just a guess, but I'd say your dream is you worrying about either your spiritual or physical health.

I think of many things here. Are you scared to die? And have you lost a loved one and the though of death is getting to you? Manly I fell that it is easy are you running away from a problem that you are not yet ready to face? That is usely when people start dreaming of things like that. Or you are looking at starting something new in your life and you are not sure how it is going to work out. What ever it may be just take your time and beath it will be ok.

cemeteries are often a metaphor of the past. the skeleton relates to skeletons in the cupboard. the skeleton is something you are trying to bury but it keeps coming back. sit down quietly and try to remember if there were any distinguishing features of the skeleton or the surroundings. slowly, it might come to you what is bothering you. when you recognise what it is. the skeleton will stop chasing you.

cemetery = give up, failure
black blazer = secret
You may be feeling criticized in reality and projecting yourself in cemetery symbolizes there are some thing you feel you should give up or you are feeling failure about it. That is you vent out in dream
