I Love puddings and only wish it was normal to go into a restaurant, skip the starter and mains and just have a selection of puds.
My faves are:
Lemon meringue pie and any lemon flavoured sweet/pudding
Cheesecakes baked or otherwise
Old fashioned ones like treacle tart and apple crumble
fruit salad and ice cream
baked Alaska (my current absolute favourite as done by the Vintage Inn chain)
Trifle
Rice pudding
panacotta
various chocolate type puddings, hot or cold.

Do you have recipe for your chocolate meringue pie? I hate to admit it but I've not tried that one.

Someone should open a pudding only restaurant I'd be in there like a shot.
