Even if they did make planes out the same material as the black box, it doesn't mean that it won't crash. The black box is designed to stay intact despite great impact and fire. But plane crashes are a result of human error, faulty wiring/electronics, or mechanical failure - when too many moving parts cease to function the way they were intended. The material used to make the black box won't change these things.
And if it did crash? People would still die from the impact. We're a bit more fragile than a tape/hard drive designed to withstand crashes and fires.

The materials used in producing the "little black box" is too heavy. The plane would not be able to lift up that much weight.

When building an aircraft you have to make choices.
Every choice has consequences.
Example extra weight requires bigger engines. Bigger engines require more fuel. More fuel increases weight. More weight means bigger wings, etc.
So engineering a plane means building things just big enough, just strong enough, etc.

Light weight aluminum and carbon composites make up most air frames these days. Air craft started out made of cloth streached over wood.

1. titanium is so heavy( great density) and it makes airplanes so heavy they will need feul three times more than the normal.
2. titanium is very expensive so a flight will cost you millions of dollars.
3. we don't have much titanium on earth to make planes with it. instead we can use it in medical activities.
4. it retains a huge amount of heat in it. so if there's anything on fire, people will all die of the heat kept inside.... thank you

there is no special Black Box material, its just titanium and plastic.
But the reason why planes arn't made that way, is becuase it would be AMAZINGLY expensive ( titanium is rare)
and
It wouldn't fly.....
