The condition is called HAEMATURIA and it may be indicative of an underlying serious pathology like tumour, post trauma, severe infection
But keep in mind that severe exertion can also lead to haematuria and many a times a single episode is not of much significance

Candy don't fool around with this go to the doctor and get checked out..It could be a number of things to a pulled muscle or kidney infection.however do go to the doctor quick..

okay, it could be your period. but thats not IN your urine but anyways, it could be kidney stones, a urine infection, or internal bleeding dude get that checked out.

welll if your a guy, you could be jaundis (sp) if youre kinda yellowish,ie your eyes, skin, gums. Meaning you have kidney failure, and your kidneys arent filtering the blood out properly
