2 great teachers i admire and love are jesus and buddha for their kindness. I am not intrested in any supernatural god's. I believe that jesus is god to me and always will be.

Christianity , in fact the teachings of jesus has nothing to do with islam or judaism. Christianity is very much a religion like Buddhism, and jesus was a loving merciful person like Buddha

while people of these 2 religions have commited atrocities i can tell you that christianity and buddhism are the only 2 religions that has the power to change the world in the form of love and mercy.

jesus and buddha are the greatest and i stand by what i say

no other religion can claim that they have the power to promote love . only christianity and buddhism does, because jesus and buddha were 2 teachers of love and mercy

Thats why i call jesus God

what do you say?

They all believe in ficticious gods. They are all superstitions.

They might differ on the details, but they are all wrong in the same basic way.

HI CLONE!

You really are that stupid arnt you?

Believe Jesus is God if you like, you are free. The teachings of Jesus have everything to do with Islam and Judaism. The bible the Quran and the Torah are all Gods books the Quran being the last and final book.

Christianity is not without its atrocities my dear. I think you actually need to read the bible before making such claims.

I say you are full of it. There is nothing wrong in being a Christians i know and love many. But you who only a few questions ago claim to be an ex Muslim atheist are a little fickle when it comes to faith and are only posting this question to provoke negative reactions about Jesus. And you should know being an "ex Muslim" lol that Muslim love and respect Jesus as they do any of Gods Prophets.

You are free to call Jesus what you like.

PS when Jesus returns and declares himself Muslim will you still love and worship him then? Or is it the faith you "love" and not Jesus?

as an ex muslim you should know better. im guessing you did not read your own before. when you study religion from its followers you can really get into a lot of whatever. if you say you want to promote love and world peace then let others be. everything is God's Mercy.

question: if you accept jesus as your lord and savior without believing in trinity, does that make you not a christian? (genuine question)

Christianity, Judaism and Islam are known as the religions of Abraham. People who study comparative religions note many basic similarities in these 3 religions, compared to the hundreds of other belief systems humans have constructed. For one thing, they are basically monotheistic rather than polytheistic. They share much of the same mythology, etc.

Buddhism and Christianity are contrary.

Prove to me otherwise. Let's just say in the realm of sin/wrath/judgement/justification. Ready? Go.

Friend I am a Christian for more then 37 yrs, & I am in no way like a budda person, & yes I have had 37 yrs to think on this, & I would not trade my salvation for anything. So YOU ARE WRONG.

You have trivialized the word love from over usage. It's become much like the "have a nice day" phrase used by store clerks. Try another tact in the future.

Allah loves you too!

I say LMAO!! Jesus, if he ever existed, would have been a practicing Jew. Christianity has its roots in judaism and paganism. Honestly, if you read the bible and study just the briefest history of the church, you'd know that.

I say that its right and you are absolutely right. I always felt christianity spread love and kindness and not other religions like islam and hinduism. They make not much sebse with murder and gun fire and blood shed

most of the teachings attributed to jesus are decent, but of course they predated him by millennia. the thing is -christianity is not just that - it also has a supernatural element - unfortunately, the judeo christian god is not one of love.
