Only the personal ego knows hate.
The soul only knows pure love, for it even sees the love in the 'hate' of the ego.
And... It is the wise ego, that begins to disolve itself to see this love in all.

I have found that most who appear to be hateful are really just hurting...
so no , i dont believe in hateful souls
if you are looking for Yin and Yan in souls
we could say that perhaps the balance is between those who are hurt and those who have hurt others... but then we come back to those who have hurt others are also hurting
it is a circle of hurt

No one is BORN hateful or loving. We are a product of nature and nurture. If by great fortune we have caring, consistent, loving parents-- we learn to freely love and freely forgive. Otherwise, we very easily learn to hate and add to the world's misery.
