its really cute a newfoundland and a border collie but there was this lady tryna take the newfoundland and she tried 2 sue the spca isnt that mean just cause she wasnt first 2 get the dog?

Yeah were waiting for that to happen.
We are in a pit bull ban and can't take them into the program. This woman wanted us to take hers (It seemed to be a great girl but we can't take pit bulls due to the local laws.) This woman was going to sue us for discrimination. People are amazing.
Congratulations - They knew you were the best for the dog. Im hoping its altered since you got it from the spca

u can just go to SPCA and tell them what she did she would probaly go away after that....

Yeah that is crazy, with the spca having dogs everywhere that need to be adopted and she would rather spend her money acting like a idiot starting a lawsuit, that spending her money supporting the animals in need. congrats on the new dog. Best of wishes :*)

As long as you've got the dog now, have paid for it and are looking after it there is nothing to worry about. There are pests like this women everywhere we go, she will probably drop all action and let it go once the bills for the lawyers start coming in!
In the meantime, enjoy your doggie friend and give it the best it deserves. Good luck!

Some people can't take no for an answer. The SPCA owned the dog. Who got it was THEIR choice!
Hug your pet and tell it how happy you are to have it as your playmate. Newfies are fun. Just don't try to take it swimming... hehe
