Pork pie is fine, don't worry! its only a guide line, is OK if it was a couple of days out of date, it would last for 3 after its date. it wont do u any harm, the food doesn't go off, there is actually no such thing, it just starts to spoil from the bacteria multiplying. so don't worry. i do foo tech and have learnt about it all. Just don't eat cream after its sell by date or any think like or it will make u ill. Pie is fine, ecspecailly pork pie as the pastry also helps preserve it with the fats.

Crikey!!! You asked that question 4 days ago so, if you are still in the land of the living, you know the result by now.
If you are still alive and kicking, and neither Jewish or Muslim, have another bash at the pork pies. My favourites come from Waitrose - £1.65 for medium size and £2.15 for the large ones. Am never without a Waitrose pork pie for snacks.

Pray! lol. Quite honestly, there is not much else you can do, apart from forcing yourself to throw up. However, I would risk it and would do nothing. If it didn't smell bad or look rotten, chances are it was not so bad, if it had been kept in the fridge. 2 days is not too much, plus you didn;t eat so much. Of course, I could be wrong, and you could end up with a diarrhea in 6-7 hours from now. Anyway, what I would do, is make sure that I am near a toilet for the next 24 hours. If nothing happens by then, you are OK. Good luck and let us know how it went.

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results if you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two min's, do push ups for one minute, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push approximately something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will advance results than a long run or swim.

Don't worry you will be OK.If the pie was mouldy or likely to cause you harm it would not have tasted very nice and you would have spit it out,Most use by dates on food err very much on the side of safety and two days overdue is not all that excessive. Two or three weeks would be a different matter..

Keep a food diary. Seeing every morsel of food you’ve eaten in a day written down can assist you to see where you’re overdoing that, or reveal patterns or triggers to bad ways of eating.

The chances of that pie being toxic are minimal. Eat by dates are usually at least a week premature, so there is NOTHING to worry about.
