It seems that atheist on YA have nothing better to do when the occassion arises but to fight against God, why?

We don't fight against God. I haven't seen one atheist in here, in all the time I've been here, fight against God. There just are no gods to fight. If there were, we wouldn't be atheists.
I HAVE seen them fight against Christianity, Islam, and other superstitions. Given all the harm that religion has done to society, yes, there is not much that is better than to try to educate people about the harm of religion.

I don't believe there is a god to fight. I do fight against it being forced on everyone,and I also try to fight some of the rather inane arguments presented as proof of god however

I have never seen an atheist "fight against God", and neither have you. What makes you think that lying like this helps your cause?

I don't fight against god, but I fight against people who try to convince me to become a Christian. I have to defend myself, you know? And there is no way that by doing that I try to convince them to be like me.

There is no god. Please try and understand that very simple yet undeniable fact.
In the absence of evidence,one cannot claim fact. Yet that is what you christians do day after day.
Simply put; if there were such a being as you describe, then there would be evidence. But there isn't. Not one single solitary shred.

I believe thats their sole purpose,sometimes I believe thats why they become atheists so they can brag,but one thing comes to mind their leader that used to brag all over national Tv, I couldn't believe the things she ussed to say about God and so mean if you don't believe fine but so mean,she was missing for around a year her and son I believe the FBI couldn't find them then they did they were killed , buried in a remote spot. The first thing I thought was I hate to say I wasn't surprised. Alot of people will be mad but I thought you can't mess with God!

Atheists don't fight anything that doesn't exist....I'm always wondering why christians are always fighting with each other and finding faults with those who don't believe what they believe in??....

umm hello? we don't believe he exists!
we're not fighting against "God"...we're fighting against people who try to get their ridiculous beliefs into the country's matters and try to dictate everybody else's lives.....and tell everybody else as well that they should live according to some 2000 year old book too!

They probably dont like being told that God is real and they want to prove we were a cosmic accident.I wouldnt know really, I'm not one.
