No running this weekend, there's nothing local :(

I'll be running next weekend, my 4th 5k this year, looking to break 19 minutes. My progression so far this year has been 21:37 in march, 20:32 in april, 19:22 in may (part of progress attributable to weight loss). I think with another year of training I could get down to 17. I used to run back in HS (5:02 mile, 0:25 200m) and got really out of shape in college. On June 12th, I'll have been running for a year. The best benefit has been not looking like a porker anymore.

Bolder Boulder--Boulder, CO on Memorial Day. It is one of the largest 10K's in the world. This year they are expecting about 50,000.
