Dahon makes one called the Fuego. Link below.
I don't think you can find an "inexpensive" folding mountain bike. You are paying for several different technologies that are not cheap. Who would want to ride a "cheap" folding mtn. bike, right? Seems scary.
Good luck!

Custom builds are always going to be more expensive. A full suspension is going to be dependent on the rear shock. You need low speed compression valving to make the bike pedaling efficient. Some suspension designs are pedaling efficient in the way they articulate but still use these shocks. I personally like full suspension bikes but a hardtail of similar quality built w similar components will drop 3lbs. Other frame features would be 1"1/2 tapered head tube and 142 hub spacing. Pretty good choice on components so far. I would prefer a Fox float 100rlc 1"1/2 lower crown 15qr with terralogic. FSA crank set seems a little on the AM side. Shimano has better shifting. 10speed drive trains start with Deore now, start there and increase if you can. Any tire converted to tubeless (you have to do the rim too) will help. Check out Stan's no tube videos on YouTube, it's legit and easier than they show. Flat bars for cross country. They're pricey but Chris King hubs on No Tubes rims for wheels Mavic Crossmax SLR wheels for off the shelf wheel sets. 29 inch wheels.

I agree with ashypoo.
Do not know what for you need a full suspension bike that folds. Where are you going top ride it? What kind or riding are you interested in? Most likely a folding bike with double suspension will not be the best choice for a folding bike and it use.
And, a full suspension bike that folds does not seem to be the best answer to ride hard in the trails.
In my opinion, I would set my riding priorities / or needs and then buy a bike according to them.

I'd never heard of one til this question. Given that a full suspension bike serves a purpose entirely different to that of a folding bike, I do have to wonder whats the point!
I'd love to go flying down singletrack and have my bike fold up under me ;)
EDIT: wow they really DO exist! Mind you, thats an awful lot of money for a bike! I wonder just how much abuse it would take before the locking mechanism fell to pieces...

Wow.. I didn't think you would find one. Anyway, why do you want one? I think that even if it didn't break or anything, it wouldn't be a very strong frame and flex in other ways than what the suspension is made for.
