What are the signs that a guy likes a gir?l. Im talking about a guy who is 30 something. How is his body language. Of course without telling the girl directly that he likes her.

Problem is we work the same place, and he is one of the bosses , so there is kind of a restriction there, that is why he could not tell me directly.

By the time guys hit 30, they will simply tell a girl they're into her. If a guy can't do that, and he still has to play games, he's either been divorced once or twice, or has the mind of 15 year old. Generally, he'll talk to you, pay attention to you, hang around you a lot, and do things to make you feel good.
But if he's 30, there's no problem, unless there IS a problem, with him saying he likes you.
Problems being, but not limited to...
1. He's married.
2. You're underaged.
3. He's gay, but likes you as a friend.
4. Other.

Do you remember when you was a teen?The guy picked at you you insisted you hated him.We grow up so we do not show as much body language. Ask him if you do not you could spend years not knowing.But if he did not like you he probably would not have alto to do with you.If he initiates conversation or activity's with you I would say get him girl before he gets tired of waiting.

If he is the shy type, he would try and find excuses to be near you, talk to you. He would try and find ways to stay in touch with you over email. You might find meeting him too often at various places, which means he is keepin gtrack of your movement and finding ways to get in front of you.
