Q(1): Can an officially married Canadian Father gets Canadian Citizenship for his child born with another unmarried girl friend?
Q(2): How can the Father gets the requisite information for such an issue - a website address or other contact details for Canadian Government either in Canada/Overseas can really help.

Recognize the child as your son on his birth certificate to prove being the father. File the birth certificate of the child in the Canadian Embassy and request for a Canadian citizenship of the child based on affinity as a son of a Canadian citizen. Anyway, the best way is to contact the Canadian Immigration Office for your case.
