Updating your PC is very important
First Start with RAM
Try to get atleast 1GB
Then go for Windows
Wheather XP or VISTA
I Would Recommend XP
Vista is Really a failure
it is Like WindowsME
Then Get an Anti Vitus
AVG 7.5 Free is the Best
Then Windows Update
Mozila, IE7
Finally a TFT Monitor
