Good inspirational quotes are those that are easy to remember, that are relevant to many situations, so they come to mind often, and are easily understood by people who are in need of inspiration but may lack training in inspiration-related disciplines.

Only two come to mind at this moment:
The Goldlen Rule -- "Do unto others as ye would have others do unto you."
and
"Be here now," which is also a book title.

There are perhaps hundreds that meet my listed criteria.
