Because god is a human creation. I'm not saying that there is no god, I'm just saying that humans imagine him the only way they can: with human attributes.

Because you depend on the Bible for a view of God that was written by man.
Man wrote the Bible, not God. Man can say Gods word came through them, whatever. Who says? They do. Who are they? Men, just like everyone else.
God does not need anyones worship or demand it. You either believe or not. We are all equal.
