i have baby fat on my cheeks, my upper arms, my chest, and a portion covering my lower abs. i find it strange since im 14 Y, 105lb, and 5ft 6. i want it gone so i could have a toned body but how so?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Don't worry about diets. You need exercise. It's the only way you're going to get toned muscles and lose fat. I wouldn't focus on losing weight, you are pretty light, but replacing fat with muscle is good.

Start jogging a 3-5 times a week, and doing push-ups, crunches, and chin-ups. If you want to go to a gym that's good too, but remember you're still growing so don't over do it!

You won't be able to remove fat in a specific area, and it usually grows fairly evenly it just looks unbalanced, but sports and exercise should fix that up :).

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than 3 times a day. Nothing in between other than water. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur diet. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body system to generate hunger/fullness signals and obey such signals.

Take regulary, preferably twice a day, light exercises and brisk walks.

U will achieve what u never even dreamt.

u can use detox diets to loose weight .The detox diet focuses on getting rid of the harmful aspects of our everyday diet.detox diets will help u to a great extent to reduce weight and be slim.Instead of eating 2 - 3
meals per day, try eating 4 - 5 small meals per day, or 3 meals and 2 healthy snack meals.
Food substitutions can help tremendously when trying to reduce calories and speed up the metabolism.

baby fat is what babies have,
if you have extra fat on your body it is most probably caused by eating too much carbohydrates,
