I'm into body building and would like to know how to erase these stretch marks which have been apperaing ever since my muscle size has been increasing. These stretch marks rob the muscle of its beauty. So I'd like to get rid of these while still retaining muscle size. Please send in various suggestions to this end.

Sorry pal, stretch marks are for life. You could use a body moisturiser, but if your muscle is growing that fast, you're obviously doing something illicit (naughty boy).

The redness of the marks will fade gradually through time, but they'll be around forever.

It is not the muscles which cause such stretch marks, it is fat. Muscles in any case take much longer to grow and hence no stretch marks r caused. Get rid of the fat and u get rid of the stretch marks also but do so slowly.

Eat only when hungry and that too not more than 3 times a day. Nothing in between other than water. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur diet. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body system to generate hunger/fullness signals and obey such signals.

Take regulary, preferably twice a day, light exercises and brisk walks.

U will achieve what u never even dreamt.

Hmmmm, I am close to indignant.. But i'm going to recover from it. lol You made the remark that you do not wish men and women to grasp that you simply had been "fats" since they are going to believe you had been a pig that ate at all times, or some thing like that? You've obtained that ALL mistaken!! "Fat" men and women don't seem to be continuously "fats" since they're "lazy", "pigs", "devour at all times", "do not maintain themselves", and many others.. Yes, a few men and women do overeat. Some men and women are "lazy". So, it may be precise in such circumstances. But there are men and women who check out tough to stick healthful and have compatibility, and feature a ery intricate time - as a result of wellbeing stipulations, genetics, something. So.. For men and women in the ones instances, phrases like that may be very offensive. I'm certain you were not seeking to be offensive, i am simply announcing.... Some wellbeing stipulations that may motive weight obtain and/or make it intricate to shed extra pounds incorporate hypothyroidism, polycystic ovarian syndrome, to call a pair. Also, detailed medicines (a few steroids, a few antidepressants, and many others) may have the equal outcome. I were very over weight, then lose over one hundred kilos (speak approximately stretch marks, I understand how ya consider, however they quite do fade through the years)... Then, received a few extra weight, which i am presently operating closer to wasting (desire me success! lol). I have Hypothyroidism, it makes it intricate - however i am very, very found. Anyway, they are going to fade. I have heard (however have not attempted) Cocoa Butter is believe to paintings quality at minimizing stretch marks. Tanning does support, too, I realize since I do tan. I am now not recommending that you simply tan, as I realize there are wellbeing dangers worried. But, through the years, they are going to fade. And, believe me.. Guys do not care approximately it! Atleast, I can say this, i have by no means, ever had a man be became off by means of some thing as foolish as stretch marks, by no means had that challenge in any respect. So, if that is your predicament, I would not permit it predicament ya. Skin elimination surgical procedures are very dicy, to not point out, you're left with a larger scar after! Some men and women get terrible infections from them. Just believe it by way of earlier than you make a decision. =)
