You need to wait unitl the kittens are 6-8 weeks old. The mom will be weaning them off of her milk by that age. You should make sure that food and water are available to the kittens when they are about 4 weeks old. After the kittens are weaned you need to keep the mom in the house away from male cats, since she can become pregnant again. Once her milk has mostly dried up she can be spayed. Some vets will spay a cat while she still has milk but there is more risk involved with the surgery and the cat will bleed more.

When the kittens are 6 weeks old, they should be weaned and then the female can be spayed. Just don't let her out because she can come into season then as well

By the time the kittens are 4 weeks old, they may be showing interest in mum's dry food. Put some complete dry kitten food out, made soft with warm water, so they can munch on that. When you choose the kitten food, make sure the list of ingredients start with meat products. The mother cat should already be eating complete kitten food as this has all the nutrient she needs for feeding the kittens and herself.
By 6 weeks they should be completely weaned and eating properly.

I think you mean spayed.

You should get this done once the kittens are weaned. Do not let the mother cat outside until she has been spayed because she is able to become pregnant again once she has had the kittens.

Well your cat should have been SPAYED before she had kittens, but since you are too late for that wait until all the kittens are weaned, and then get her AND her kittens fixed.

You mean "spayed".

Ask a vet. You need to wait until the kittens are weaned really.

Wait until the kittens have been weaned, and adopted, if you don't want to keep them.
