Tea lots and lots of green tea and fresh air it's doing wonders for me. I am against modern medicine

Take panadol for flu, drink warm water, plus a lot a lot of rest. Only a good and sufficient sleep will enable you to recover faster. Hope it helps.

Nyquil for Night time relief
Dayquil for Daytime relief

A steam bath to breath better and make your joints feel better

Sudafed works very well; be sure to get the kind that you have to sign for at the pharmacy counter. You can also take Tylenol if you are achey and/or have fever. Nasal spray can also help.

Boil a cup of vinegar on the stove... and put a towel over your head so that you can breath in the steam... it should open you up.... or make you throw up!!!! Seriously though.... that's what my Dad used to have me do.

drink plenty of water and try this product from Natures Sunshine( a health food company) its called ALJ and it really works have used it myself and do not have nasty side effects because its all natural.
