Situps don't work, you need diet and aerobics. You also souldn't worry too much about it at your age. Of course you should eat healthily and get some exercise or play a sport, but don't obsess! You're young, you're growning, going through puberty, etc. Don't be too hard on yourself.
A good exercise to stregthen your core is something I call Cross punches. Standing up, use your right arm to punch towards your left side while turning your body at the middle but keeping your feet firmly planted shoulder width apart, then switch and use your left arm to punch toward the right side and go back and forth. Keep your ab muscles tight while you do this and you'll feel it immediately. Do a couple of 8 counts to start and see how you feel, then work your way up to more.
Good luck!

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getin2it.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Frequent situps will not help. You have to be consistent and increase the niumber as soon as you feel comfortable with the current number. I am talking about thousands of situps. Also consciously tighten your abs even when you are not really exercising. If you do enough sit ups you do not really need any other exercise. Pls remember that immediately after rigorous exercising relax, drink lots of water before eating. Also you need to watch what you eat. Good Luck. I am backing you all the way.

You should make a plan. Here is what I do: Situps, JACKNIVES, bicycle situps, and "the plank" excersizes. It really does work- in fact I am a girl and already have a 4-pack working on 6! Remember, you must increase the number of excersizes you do each week, or it is almost no good.

Aint no better exercise than running, skateboarding, bmx. If you wanna lose some gut, run, you gotta sweat that **** out. Sit ups mostly get your muscles working, therefore giving you more muscle under the fat making you all husky instead of lean and cut.......just run dude. Oh yeah, drink water. Mostly, run, and sweat.
