Ok, guys I need your help...I like this guy and he is really funny, really good looking but he's not thats popular, all he seams to care about is all the nerdy girls and he has liked 2 of them! He knows who I am and he knows that I like him, (more than friends.) We have only talked like 4 times! I REALLY like him! How do I get him to like me?!

A whole 4 times huh? Well I guess it those major conversations you probably talked about favorite color, books, music, how grand you know everything about him!!
Sarcasm aside my point is that you don't know anything about this guy, how could you possibly like him. So what you need to do is go talk to him a fifth time, then a sixth, then a... well you get the idea. Build a relationship with him, maybe you'll find out that you don't like him and during this he gets to know you. Worse thing that happens is you get a new friend.

Jess, go up to him and start talking. Tell him you like him and would like to see more of him. Ask if he is interested in you and would he like to see more of you.
Is this hard to do? Of course. But think of it this way. If you don't approach him and he doesn't approach you, neither of you will ever find out what might have happened. So be the first to speak. And remember, communication is the key to any relationship. If the two of you can't communicate, you won't have much of a relationship. So start the relationship by communicating. And don't stop.

You can't. You cannot control another persons taste. Move on. If he knows you like him, that is enough. Live long enough, you will like someone else as much. Give yourself a chance for that to happen. Take your attentions away from him and open your eyes. That other guy that likes you is waiting for you to notice him as well. Look around.

Well you said, he knows you like him so that's pretty much the "green light". If he's not hitting on you after knowing that, then he doesn't like you. And there is nothing you can do to make someone like you, that's up to the other person.
