Did you vacuum all the floors, furniture and beds. Then wash all the bedding and washables and put what you can't wash in garbage bags for a few week til the lice and lice eggs hatch and die? Also the child's closet might have them in her clothing if she has tried things on and put them back up. You might have to close the door to it for a few weeks as well. I had to to get rid of them before with my daughter. And it worked. If there are none left to be found then her head is probably dry from the lice shampoo. You need to have a shampoo that has things like olive oil and coconut in it to keep the lice away.

It is because she is suffering after shock. (not shock in harsh way). She will get over it in time. Meantime, check with the doctor or call the nurse.
