How old are you? Do you have a job? Are you a student? If you have money, then you can afford to ask a girl on a date and entertain her. If you don't have money.........still no problem. You can go for a walk, talking doesn't cost anything. Maybe you could buy her a soft drink or ice cream while you walk. If you are polite and courteous to her, and make her feel special when she is with you, that means a lot to a girl.
I disagree with some of the above answers. It is good to know a variety of girls to decide which appeals to you the most before you settle down. I'm not talking about having sex with any of them. Sex is for marriage.

You follow cast system.
Then you must have some origin form India. There are four casts in Hinduism. Brahman, Kshatriya, Vyesaya and Sudra. A person is allowed to marry 4 women according to the scriptures. He has to marry first the Brahmin, then the Kshatriya and so on. This is a belief that was there more than 5000 years before; provided the man who marries has the ability to maintain all of them happily.
You have been serious with 4 girls. That also means that you are not loyal to any. Present day social rules may not permit you to carry on with all the four. If you wan to go ahead with one of them, tell all of them your relation with with others. I do not think anybody will come back to you. If one of them remain, chose her. Now it is your father. If you prioritize your love, Ignore your father. If you value your parent, forget the girl.
In case more than one girl come back, create a revolution and marry all of them and go to Jail.

Your father is saying right. You are not capable of any 4 girls, as you are cheater. You are not serious with anyone. This is only attraction. You don't know the meaning of love. First understand the meaning of love and sincere, then go for marriage. Don't lie yourself and others. Don't cheat them. Be serious with one only if you are really in love. Be faithful to your love, if you want respect from them and everyone and if your love is true. Don't hurt or play with anyone's feelings, remember this always otherwise hurt heart pray may cause any disaster.

You need to be serious about 1 woman. If she is the one, you don't need to worry about what your dad thinks. If you do, ask him to arrange a marriage that suits him.
