Honey, you can't MAKE someone love you or like you back. How can you say you "really love this guy" if you aren't even dating? You fall in love with someone over time and truly getting to know that person's heart and soul. If you just have a crush on him and want to go out with him, then flirt with him. Find out what you have in common and start a conversation about that. Be confident even if you don't feel like you are! And most of all, don't appear desperate - nothing sends a guy running more than the scent of desperation. Just be YOURSELF. If he doesn't love you JUST THE WAY YOU ARE, then go find someone who will.

Walk up to him and start a conversation. Do a little homework about what he likes. If he likes football, for instance. Find out his favorite player and study up on him. Then go up to him and say something about the team and how this player is invaluable to the team.
