i like this boy and i want 2 ge in better shape

Right now you have a good motivator. Go on a low carb diet
and be a kid. Eat small meals and you slould see better results.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It is good the is your motivator right now. Once you lose weight, you will have so many boys looking at you, he will be ancient history. Walk, ride a bike or take an aerobic class. Drink lots of H20. Eat cereal with soy milk, grilled fish or chicken, steamed vegetables, fruit, cottage cheese, soup and salad. You go girl!

If you want a short answer, just go straight to the bottem.

get rid of the junk food and replace them with fruits and vegtables. If you can't do that, then just replace them with smaller portians.

Exersise. It can make a great social thing. Riding a bike is great. You can take your friends with you and race eachother. Just be kid. You don't have to ride a bike, being a kid is alot better.
