Tea is probably the best, as it has so many antioxidants in it. You can also drink many flavors, and buy ones that relax you, help you sleep, energize you, etc. But recent studies say 1 or 2 cups of coffee have benefits also. It' suppose to help brain function, and is showing it may prevent altheimers disease.

both tea and coffee are good for your health.loaded with antioxidants and natural caffeine which is good for your heart.
coffee does raise your blood pressure so if that concerns you just drink decaf which still has the same health benefits.basically any tea is good,especially green tea!

coffee is not good for you at all
its bad for your teeth stomach, baldder and many other things
its ok to maby drink it sometimes but not to much
some teas are good for it depends on what kinds they are
the ones that are good for you are natural herbal teas red teas (they taste very good) and some green teas

Green tea is a great anti-oxident, but coffee is a phyto-estrogen, so if you drink too much it'll turn you into a whiney little weakling.
