Yes it is possible but illegal. Your question itself is wrong. When you ask it is possible to marry your mother's sister's daughter then I’ll say yes getting married to her is possible but if you ask is it a legal marriage I’ll say no, rather even if you marry her according to the Hindu rites & ceremonies such marriage will not get registered with the marriage registrar under section 8 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which prohibits any marriage between any two person in relationship of degree of prohibition as provided under section 3(g) of the said Act. More so such a marriage is a void marriage under section 11 of the Act as it contravenes Condition for a Hindu Marriage as provided under section 5 of the Act. Now lets come to the validity of any such marriage if it is between two Indian Christians, section 60 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act,1872 provides conditions for marriage between two Indian Christians On what conditions marriages of Indian Christians may be certified. — Every marriage between Indian Christians applying for certificate, shall, without the preliminary notice required under Part III, be certified under this Part, if the following conditions be fulfilled, and not otherwise:
(1) The age of the man intending to be married shall not be under twenty-one years, and the age of the woman intending to be married shall not be under eighteen years;
(2) Neither of the persons intending to be married shall have a wife or husband still living;
(3) In the presence of a person licensed under section 9, and of at least two credible witnesses other than such person, each of the parties shall say to the other —
"I call upon these persons here present to witness that I, A.B., in the presence of Almighty God, and in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, do take thee, C.D., to be my lawful wedded wife or husband or words to the like effect:
Section 18 of the said Act provides Declaration before issue of certificate. — The certificate mentioned in Section 17 shall not be issued until one of the persons intending marriage has appeared personally before the Minister and made a solemn declaration —
(a) That he or she believes that there is not any impediment of kindred or affinity, or other lawful hindrance, to the said marriage,
And, when either or both of the parties is or are a minor or minors —
(b) That the consent or consents required by law has or have been obtained thereto, or that there is no person resident in India having authority to give such consent, as the case may be.
So you see if we read both these sections together then even in Indian Christians the condition of kindred ness & affinity is a question that should not be an impediment in such a marriage. Even section 19 of the Indian Divorce Act,1869 (law applicable for divorce etc for Indian Christians)clearly provides That the parties are within the prohibited degrees of consanguinity (whether natural or legal) or affinity as a valid ground for annulment of the marriage as null & void.
Why I have discussed both these matrimonial laws is mostly it is found Keralites belong to these two religions.

Wow, that sounds rough, if you're in love with her.
I don't know what a keralite is or from what country you post, but in the USA it's illegal to marry our first cousin or equally close relation. Actually, that's why it's required to get a blood test before obtaining a marriage licence; the old reason was to make sure the couple was not related, the current reason is to check for disease.
I wish you luck in sorting out your personal life. Love can be really hard on a person.

If you are Hindu to which school you belongs? Does Mitakshra law or Dayabhag law is applied? Under Hindu Marriage Act 3 degrees are prohibited because of blood relations and child born out of such wedlock may not survive or may be physically handicap ed.Marriage with Maternal uncle's daughter is permissible in some states of India. Prefer not to marry

Actually this is not incest, in chinese culture u can marry your mom side relative as it is believe u r not blood related. I believe that girl is ur cousin from your mom side right as it is ur aunt daughter so make it your cousin. You cannot however marry your dad side as it is consider blood related and is not incest but against the culture of asian. I assumed you are a Keralite Hindu as that is the majority population so u need to check ur own culture and religion to ensure it is socially accepted in your country as something accepted in mine might not be accepted in yours.

NO.Marriage between close relatives can cause genetic problems in their children.Although our society encouraged these kind of marriages earlier, now due to the increase in educational graph people are aware of these problems.So it's better to say a big NO for this relation.

Your mother's sister's daughter is a sister to you. Therefore it is prohibitted for marriage. Such marriages are not allowed in any place in India. Whereas in Tamilnadu one can marry one's maternal uncle's daughter or son, the custom does not permit one to marry the daughter or son of one's maternal aunt.
However such marriages within close relations are a rarity nowadays.
