I do the stand-up tanning, where you have the lightbulbs surrounding you [i only go tanning during the summer BTW]...is it safe to go naked though.....only once or twice. The only thing i would be concerned is with my breasts....i dont wanna make them saggy or give myself breast cancer. Help.

[AND DONT LECTURE ME ON THE DANGERS OF TANNING, I already know them, and I've obviously made my decision about it]

Sure it is safe. Although if those areas that have not been tan before you might want to gradually expose them until get get tan. Case in point if you are tanning for 20 minutes keep those areas covered for the first 10 then expose them. That way you wont get burned on the sensitive areas.

No, you won't get breast cancer from indoor tanning. It's actually less dangerous to tan outdoors than indoors, so you might want to try a nude beach.

If I am not mistaken... they do not use UV in those booths so it should be fairly safe if done in moderation.

There are thousands of women that tan topless all over the world... and I don't think it's because they want saggy breasts or because they are saggy....

I frequently use indoor tanning beds for my psoriasis ( skin disorder that is helped by tanning). My dermatologist suggest that I tan nude. She says to simply put sun screen on my nipples to prevent burning ( it is very sensitive skin) and to start slow. I have been doing it for several years now and have not noticed any adverse changes in my breasts or anywhere else. In fact, it is relaxing to tan nude.

no breast cancer issue. skin cancer is possible though. as with everything, tanning reduces the quality of your skin everywhere. a little bit of tanning on your boobs should be fine though. but note that it will take much less to burn your boobs and genitals than the rest of your body as they have had less exposure (i assume) to sunlight.
