Generally, men wear their watches on the left wrist.

Most commonly the watch is worn on the opposite wrist to your dominant hand--so a right-handed person would wear the watch on their left wrist.

When I wore a watch, though, I always wore it on my right wrist, despite being right-handed. It just felt more comfortable to me.

Traditionally the watch is worn on the left wrist (in western society) for both men and women.

it is more common on the left. but it doesnt matter where. he should wear it in which hands he feel more confortable. the reason why its more commonly worn in the left its because there are alot more righties than lefties. a right hand man wears his watch on his left because he is uses his right hand more often with any activities. so he can look at his watch while writing, fishing or whatever his hand is preoccupied with. its more convenient so you dont have to halt to look at your watch. and vice versa for lefties.

If he's right handed, on the left wrist. If he's left handed, on the right.

I have always wondered why they don't make watches to be worn on right hands. Because most people wear them on the right hand.

if you are right handed it is common to wear it on the left (as I do ) as not to have the watch as likely to catch on things since your dominant hand is habitually going to be the first to grab or manipulate something. but it is really a matter of comfort.
