I would try taking thyroud (sorry cant spell it but I tried to type how i would say it) medication my mom took it and it helped her lose alot of weight. she got hers from her doctor. My friend takes thyroud medication and shes very skinny and she got it from her doctor and her doctor sais that she did have a thyroud problem. and if she doesnt take it her weight does creep back on. I m fat to and taking some thing called thyoden its just drops that i put in water. And also have ur docter check ur estrogen level cause if its to high then its really hard to lose weight. Im 99% sure this is part of ur problem. have a crean i rub in my arms that reduces the estrogen so the weight comes of easier. Think about it most guys are skinny right thats be cause they have more muscle and there level of estrogen is like nothing they do have it but obviously not as much as a women does. so thats why they are able to lose weight easier. so have ur doctor give u something for decreaseing ur estrogen level. and take at least 800MG of Chromium everyday u an find this at a health store. and try taking something called L-caretine this helps move the fat out of ur cells. Its not going to make u lose 40 pounds in a month but it does help over time and take apple cider viniger in a pill form. and just do alot of cardio exercises not like crunches or use dumbells u need to doa lot of walking running swimming jump ropeing dont do pilaties or yoga doesnt work if ur really fat. cause cardio does just what u want it burns up the fat crunches and lifting weights dont get rid of fat. and another key is dont eat anything after i would say 6:00 PM cause ur body is slowing down and u dont want a big meal sitting in ur tummy cause ur sleeping and not moving u get the picture. and i would shop at trader Joes cause the food still tastes great and it doesnt have that MSG in there food MSG is known for making u addicted to the food like chips or cookies cakes pies ice cream but anything u like trader joes has a substute for anthing u might like if u like cookies they have great tasting cookies anything u like they have a great substute for it. another key is dont go to fast places!! even there salades can make u fat!!! I swear. drink lots of water and get a rebounder look it up just put rebounder its like a mini trampolene u just jump up and down on it for like 3 mins a day. so thats my advice to u im just like u was fat my whole life still am but im trying still to lose the blubber its hard. I swear losing weight is one of the hardest things u will ever do u ur life. But I wish u good luck and I really feel for u I have been there and i still am in 23 so i feel for u honey! I know its hard u can fit in anything u cant wear a 2 piece swimsuit and i know how u feel U can do it!

Don't even think about poppin' those ridiculous pills. There is no easy option when it comes to loosing weight. Most all diet pills have come under scrutiny for being dangerous. It's all a big hype. And they're not even FDA approved. When the FDA did approve some diet pills we found just recently the pills were only sucessful for about 2lbs, but the side effects were way worst than 2lbs. First off, you're 125lbs and you're complaining? Maybe you want to be the Alley McBeal stick figure we see on TV all the time, but I'm here to tell you, that's not hot. 125 doesn't sound bad at all and it really depends on your height. A quick way to loose weight.... Eat a nice breakfast. Light lunch Healthy dinner Skip snacks. And don't eat before 7PM.

depending on how overweight you are, you have to workout for a certain amount of time to see results. I'm 20 lbs overweight, and I have to work out a MIN 30 mins EVERY DAY to lose the weight in a timely manner. And I have to cut down my calorie intake. Also, I can't eat less than 2 hrs before going to bed. See a nutritionist, your doctor, or a trainer and find out what the best plan for your body is.

No diet pills work... dont take them, some might even make you more overweight. I would go to the doctor, if you havnt already. Everyone reacts to everything differently, so it might be something you do and not even realize it is effecting your weight, you might also have an imbalance of hormones or it could be something more serious.

if diet pills worked there would be no obese people!!!
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i wouldn't recommend taking diet pills...they all seem so awesome but i honestly dont feel like they're that safe. You have to watch what you put in your body...as you probly already know... my mom got on some diet pills and they caused her major heart problems so i would really recomend Not taking any diet pills... i know the word "diet" is not that fun to think about but really the south beach diet works!! Check it out and keep excercising is my advice. Good Luck!

If you HONESTLY work out a lot. And eat super healthily and it's not working... (which no offence - but i don't believe you)
Go and see a doctor.
Take the wrong ones and they could kill you.
The doctor will reccommend some as well as a healthy eating and excersize program (the pills don't work on their own)

Diet pills can be really dangerous, you may want to see a doctor, because their may be a reason you can't lose the weight. Also, their are various surgeries...but i don't reccomend the bypass...
