Look at all the other answers and see how they are rated. Seems that guys aren't listening. A woman wants a guy she can trust (that includes honesty). A good guy has a good job record (not a lot of short lived positions, shows ambition, good work ethics, etc), humor is essential (not 1001 sex jokes), and for me personally, a gorgeous set of arms. Some like Pecs, some Butts.

To tell you the truth, every girl is different. And as you can see, everyone responding to this question has a different answer. Some girls like to be treated badly where others want respect, who knows what girls want. But as long as you are true to yourself, girls could be flocking to you but no matter what don't try to be someone else.

OUTGOING that is huge i hate it when i have to carry all the conversations because the guy is to pussy to even say a word and just laughs at what i say EVEN WHEN ITS NOT FUNNY...i think that is one of the biggest turn on is a confident man who knows who he is also very touchy(only if we are comfortable with it) like holding hands tickling ect...it shows that he is sincere and its super cute it is a sure thing you will melt that girls heart because everygirl loves that and if they dont they are messed up...
um communication is another huge one...being able to feel like you both are on the same page is helpful as well as reassuring...its good too see that he has a sense of humor too not like a major pervert but able to talk about certain things with girls idk maybe im a freak but i like to be able to talk to them like we are chill and best friends its a good feeling

A person should always and upfront be honest without that you have nothing but lies with that everythings else works and falls into place... then come trustwortyness, charm and all that other good important stuff....

the most important thing for me is that he makes me laugh and is charming. I like guys who can be my friend as well as my boyfriend. I honestly couldn't care less about looks as long as their personality is tip top. And seriusly, who can be bothered with looks if your having too much fun laughing anyway?

I like a guy to tell me about himself, his ambitions, his career, whatever is important to him. He should have a sense of humor, make me laugh, and have good character. Make me feel safe with him. Definitely has to respect me and my wishes. Be courteous and polite........and yes, not be afraid to work. I never date anyone I wouldn't consider marriage to, it's just a matter of integrity.

honestly.. just be yourself.. because if you aren't really trustworthy or charming etc.. your true colors will come out in the end and it won't work out anyways.
