my friend believes that there were biological weapons and arms were harboured by his neighbour, with an intention to kill him he also believed that his neighbour is not treating his kith and kin well and behaving like a dictator.. i inspected that neighbor's house, but i could not find out any. but my friend did not believe my words.he sent some hooligans to attack his neighbor.those hooligans also could not find out any weapons, but they killed that poor fellow. now, my friend is in debt trap as he had to pay huge amounts to the hooligans . even though, that neighbor was dead, my friend's henchmen still occupied that house and my friend still believing a threat from the kith and kin of his deceased neighbor, incited violence and as a result, there are daily killings of relatives, kith and kin of the deceased neighbor. WHAT IS HIS DISEASE?

Your friend has delusions of grandeur. He also seems to have deficiencies in his mental capabilities, and may instead rely heavily on religious beliefs in his decision-making. He is also likely to have difficulty speaking coherently, or fully understanding what is said to him. I suspect that he is probably bad in a crisis and would not be able to get himself out of the trouble he has already caused.
One can only hope that your friend gets the treatment he needs, and is not put in a position of responsibility, where he could affect the lives of many more people.

I don't think anyone can answer this question. No one is able to give you a diagnosis. I'd suggest a hotline found under searching google that you can talk to someone about this with.
Maybe he's severely paranoid or is a schizo.
I'm not sure.. but it sounds like you should talk to someone in confidence that would know.. =/

sounds like he is having psychotic delusions, or is suffering from an extreme case of paranoid personality disorder. he should see some kind of doctor- a psychiatrist, as soon as possible, or some other kind of alternative practitioner, like a homeopath.
