In 42 years, I've had no reason to read it. I have also never read the Hindu Vedas or Islam's Quran. Or any other religion's holy text.
Of course I've heard enough about it though. I've heard the commandments, their creation story, and the Noah and boat story.
How many religion's holy texts have you read besides your own?

Was raised Presbyterian. Became non-denominational when I was about 18 (32 yrs. ago) which grew into being simply spiritual.
Through the Presbyterian church and my family I had knowledge of the Bible from very early childhood and have read it and participated in bible studies here and there in the past.
I respect all faiths, religions, temples, beliefs and the Bible, Koran, Torah, Scrolls, Buddha teachings . . .
Boiled down...the message of all reflects to connect direct to the One.

I've read it, along with a number of other holy texts. Some fascinating stuff in some of them.

BIBLICAL DEATH PENALTY: (part 33) KILL UNBELIEVERS - Acts 3:23 … "And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear the prophet, shall be destroyed."
BIBLICAL DEATH PENALTY: (part 34) KILL UNBELIEVERS - 2 Chronicles 15:12-13 (NIV) … They entered into a covenant to seek the LORD, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul. All who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, were to be put to death, whether small or great, man or woman.

Read it, studied it in college, even took Greek and Hebrew, then spent a year in Seminary. Most people here who are atheists like me have studied it extensively.
