I was wondering if anyone knows of some colleges in the US that offer BS or PhD degrees in evolutionary biology or evolutionary psychology. I was thinking about asking this on the Y!A university section, but i figured most atheists probably have degress in one of these two fields and could give me a quicker response. thanks!

The science you seek is paleontology. I'm guessing there's at least a thousand schools that can give you a degree in Biology with a specialty in paleontology.

Every major college offers degrees in biology and psychology. The evolution part is more of a speciality focus.
You should think about where you want to live and look up which colleges are highest ranked in science in that area.

The only school I am aware of with a PH D programs in Evolution is in England The College of Economics in London.
