Goodness please do not try it on your own. If the foot is broken it needs a vet.
I have seen many pet owners that try to fix their broken pets bones and it ALWAYS ends up bad for the animal.

Honestly, take it to the vet. They can allign the bones, splint them and they will heal. Without the bird will not be able to use it's foot and eventually will need surgery. I rescued a bird a few years ago that was severely abused. He was malnurished and had a foot that was broken at some point. The vet looked at it and said the break had healed wrong and that the only thing we can do now is amputate. Please go to the vet.

The vet can surely fix the birds leg. yet when relies upon what form of damage were executed to the birds foot. If it has damaged and bleeding, then it really is an emergency. The parrot can suffocate by way of blood loss and his foot will dry off by way of lack of blood(in case you do not flow to the vet in the hot day). consequently the foot does no longer be waiting to get connected to the leg. it would want to might want to be bumped off with the help of the vet. yet when its a fracture or a damaged bone and no blood, then you definitely can watch for an afternoon yet no longer otherwise.

You need to take the bird to a vet. A vet is trained in doing this. Find a vet that treats bird and take it in. Trying to fix it yourself can cause more damage and kill the bird. If it is in too much pain it may stop eating.
Use common sense here and go to a vet.

You will be lucky to find a vet who knows anything about birds. Either let it heal on it's own, or find a local bird rescuer who will know how to fix it. Good luck.

you can go to college 4 about 5 years, learn everything about animals, graduate, open a clinic, and than you'll be able to cure your bird.
