This is the senario: this guy likes me so i think. he tells everyone of his friends but me(i know cuz i sometimes hear them, when i walk by) that he likes me, always around his friends, asking them what i was doing, if i'm walking in his direction somewhere(we work in the same store but diff. departments) and im looking foward and he's facing me i catch him staring until i pass by him..or if i look at him i catch him asking his friends if i was looking or he shows his friends who i am trying his best so i dont get it, but i do. other then those random, not often things he pretty much doesnt do anything else...kinda confused if he likes me or not? (in my job we have a dating policy and he is assist. manager and i work register. also i'm new there so the people he knows i dont work with b/c we are in different depart. so can't really ask them. Any sugestions on what he is doing?i really dont get guys, ohh and im shy!!

I think he does like you maybe he is just scared and dosent know how to approche u also both of ur guys job is injerpordy and he dosent know wether to risk it. good luck and dont be so shy life is to short to sit back and watch it fly by

If the company has a strict no date other employees policy, then don't do it, especially if he is an assist. manager. He should know that in his position, coming on to another employee could be considered harrasment.

He is probably interested. I wouldn't put myself in the position of losing my job over him. He may have a girlfriend or he may just want another notch on his belt. Either way you lose because when it comes time to fire someone, it will be you not him. Just ignore him and move on for your own sake.

I wouldn't risk losing my job over him. The main Manager could fire you just because he is looking at you and not doing his job exp. if he thinks you are flirting with him.

If he doesn't ask, he is to chicken-bleep to do so. It's better you move on.
If you really like him, you may have to be the one to ask him out.
