The reason your bowels are floating is that they contain too much fat. This is an indication that you are either not digesting the fat in your diet, or you are consuming too much fat in your diet.
Many people with stomach illnesses have this problem because they are not digesting their food properly. If you are not consuming a lot of fat, consider going to see your physician to rule out any other problems.

Fat in the bowels makes it float. You either aren't digesting properly, or you are taking in too much fat.
