If the file is named as part1.rar or something of that sort or even part01.zip,Just right click on the prat01 and extract it,as long as all the parts are there the complete file will be unzipped.

If that doesnt work then use this program HJSplit to select the first file and give it the command to join:

What type of files??
I'd say copy and paste, but file type makes a difference.

If they're RAR or ZIP files, you don't have to.
Video files, you have to re-render as one, through external software.
