Well, you have to give her time to find another place to live and move and stuff. She probably needs at least 90 days to get money for a downpayment and stuff. Be reasonable. How would you like it if someone kicked you out with no where to live?

90 days is ridiculous! Even landlords are only required a 30 day notice to evict someone! Sounds like a pathetic attempt to hold on to something that in your mind is over. Be nice and give her a month at most, don't be an enabler and give her 3!

You need to talk to a local lawyer to find out what local law says about eviction, and whether or not a grace period is required.
The only time I had to kick a girlfriend out, I gave her a week, and helped her move at the end of the week.
Good Luck.
One more thing, be sure you are at home when she moves out and make sure you are in agreement on what is hers and what is yours. If she takes it away, you will have a hard time getting it back. And as soon as she is gone, change the locks, change the alarm code, change your bank account and credit card numbers, and give serious thought to changing your phone number.

It takes between 30 and 90 days do get someone evicted. If they signed the lease it will take 90 days but if you are the only signator on the lease she has 30 days. However if she has kids who live with her it will still take 90 days to evict.Check with your landlord.

You're probably really hurt/mad/resentful and what other emotions right now, but she is still a person and needs a place to stay until she can find a place of her own. It will be hard still living together but just try to be polite and respectful towards her. Go out with friends more to get out of the house if you don't want to see her

criminal eviction is the only thank you to do away along with her. as quickly as you enable her to "stay" there, she is a resident, regardless of if she pays no lease or costs. this finished undertaking began by way of fact people began residing jointly and then broke up. The regulation made new regulations to ward off the police from having to get contained in direction of the placement.

I saw a show on this. You can't kick her out tonight. You just have to live with her for 30 more days. Call the police station sometimes they can help you.

Has she ever paid rent? If so it has to be done correct. If no rent paid give her 2 weeks. If that does not work pack her things put them outside, change the locks..Does that give you a clue about having girlfriends live with you? Good Luck

You don't have to give her anything. Is she on the lease, if not, boot her out. Put her clothes out on the porch and change your locks. It is your house, stand up for yourself. If you need to, get help from the police.

By law, you only need to give her 30 days. In writing.
