the little pale half-moon things we have under our fingernails by the cuticles? And what is the point of them? Is it bad if you have real bright ones, or none at all?

PS - Nothing is wrong with mine......I was just curious what the point of having them is! :) Thanks!

The 'real' name is Matrix. None at all is ok, but if you have none what you want to do is push back the cuticles ( the white stuff ) to lengthen your moons. It is healthier if your moons are longer. I'm not sure about bright red, although it does not sound to healthy.

They are called Moons and they should not be too nuch or too little, it helps to tell you if you are balanced physically or not.

Well I am not too sure, but I don't have any .........and as per my doc I am perfectly healthy............I have heard that it is due to the lack of calcium .........so maybe you need to meet your diet to its necessary quota of calcium........Talk to your doc.
