If so how much does it cost?? and how long does it take??

Currently you have to go to the Port Authroity Bus Termianl on event days they have a shuttle with lots of service to and from the game.
With the new stadium under construction and the Xanadu project a NJ Transit train will provide service to the Meadowlands. Someyears off right now.

By train, no. By bus, yes. There are buses at Port Authority on 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue that go to Giant Stadium. No trains, however.

No NJ Transit is awful. You can get to E. Rutherford, but you pass right by the stadium on the train and keep going without a stop. Sorry.
