Typically a woman should weigh 100 lbs at 5 feet and then 5 lbs for evey inch over 5 feet.
The healthy weight for a woman of 5'8" is 140 lbs. To be honest, it doesn't sound like you need to lose much weight.

yea cut down on the calories but not too low just like 1600-1800 a day because you still need calories for your body to function but what your doing sounds good and you should defiantly see changes soon within a few weeks if not by the end of summer

you should lose about 1-2 lbs per week. It sounds like you are at a healthy weight as it is, so it may be a little slower than that for you, as your body may fight you on it.
