Tonight I was doing so well with no temptation til I was going through tv channels and a show caught my eye (it was a history film) and then they had a sex scene few min. later and I quickly changed the channel! A young man shouldn't need to look at pornography in order to bring himself sexual release when he is by himself which seems to be your biggest problem. http://www.layhands.com/IsMasturbationASin.htm

What does the Bible say?

2 Timothy 2:22 So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.

If television or your computer are a source of temptation then take steps to put them away from you. Here's a link that might help you out too. http://www.settingcaptivesfree.com/home/

Additicion : You are dealing with a strong Demon,I would go to the Word Of God,Get Scripture at least Two,Confess to God ,and pray His Word over Your Addicition,Speak these out loud, and claim Victory over this.#2 do you have a Holy Spirit Believer that will pray with You? You don"t need a Person that talks a lot,This is between you and God,Not the town. I had a Person tell Me that He was having great Difficulty with this same Problem,I ask Him if Computer was
the place He was Looking at Porn, the answer Yes,He Took computer and tossed it in about 30 ft water, Deleverance came,it was by prayer and Reading God"s Word. He has a computer now ,But the Pull to Porn is gone/ thank God, Yrs ago I had same addiction ,But God delivered Me, I might add
this is monumental problem today, It is destroying Lives. I am going to pray for You, that this Yoke will be broken off Your Neck/ Look up.

First of all, u need to calm down because the more you freak out about it, the more u probably want to think about it. You REALLY need to calm down. Remember that no one on earth is perfect. Change ur mind set, for real. You have to replace one habit with another, remember that. Just find something else to do or think about if it bothers u that much...I would start by cutting out a little bit of the self gratification. Practice self control when looking at images that get you a little excited by not reacting. If you get less "satisfaction" after seeing these images, maybe you will feel less drawn to looking at them so often.Good luck, hun. seriously. (God bless ya)

If your struggling with a demon , what do you do ?
You pray . Pray for the strenght to dispel your problem . God will help you , but you need to help your self also . Conviction will come . I wouldn't worry about hell yet though . Jesus is the reason for forgiveness . If you don't feel bad about it , it just means that this is a tougher vice to control . Everyone has that demon on their back , that's tougher to get rid of . Whether it be porn or gambling or drinking , there always one thing that makes you question your Christianity .
The flesh is weak . If God is with us then who is against us
Greater is he that is within me , then he that is in the world .
Just keep repeating that and continue to pray for his help

First let me say good for u for being brave enough to admit it.

Then can I say, u will see all kinds of things that will tempt u.
The days that we are living in are filled with do as u want ,
people are laughing out loud without fear toward GOD at the addictions they are trapped into .

God will help u.It may hard at times , the male organs and things are made to visual aroused.(thats what i have read)
But God created u, He can show u how to get control over this.

seek help from a proffesiionl if it is a major porn addiction.
That stuff is like a web from satan. u get in and can not get out.

Lord help this child of yours to overcome this and help others, I have hope YOU will and can and will .

I have never heard anything like this before. You must learn to come to terms with your sexuality in order to truly understand where these feelings are coming from. There is not a person living or dead that has not pleasured themself. If they say so they are lying. I don't know about you, but I would rather please myself, and learn to be a better lover in the long run...than have meaningless promiscuous sex. In truth, Promiscuity is what God was speaking of. I do not see a problem with self pleasure. But you are more than welcome to mail me if you need further advice.
Blessings

One practical step you can take is to install some filtering software on your internet connection that will prevent you from accessing porn sites. There are a bunch of different packages available on the web, buy one a get someone you trust to install it for you. It's only by forcibly removing the temptations that you will start to make progress.

You put your finger on one of the most destructive aspects of your religion, namely that Christianity is based on guilt. You think that since you're a Christian you must feel bad about some phony guilt trip some church laid on you. If you don't feel bad you feel guilty about not feeling bad. Dude, do you see how twisted that is? Is that what your god wants - for you to feel bad? Think about it.

Since you're asking for advice I really think you should get laid. You owe it to yourself. It's healthy. It's natural. It's good for you. Use protection, wrap that rascal. Quit whimpering like a puppy and be a man. Enjoy those things which God made to be enjoyed.

Thank God that you know it is poison for you. Your concern for not feeling bad after your lapse is a good indication that you know you need help with your area of weakness. Get in touch with a church near you that hosts a chapter of Promise-keepers. You know what you need to do, so set yourself up for victory, not failure.

Are you serious? You aren't going to hell for seeing or watching porn. If you are really feeling sick about your actions, get a friend to talk with every other day or so and keep each other accountable.
