Plz give me a website that shows most (if not all fruits' calorie contents) or tell me like for an example an orange; how many calories it's got, does it have fat in it, how much sugars..and other information like that that u find on cans all the time!, thanks in advance!!

no fruits have fat except coconut and all fruits are light in calories like less then 60 in most all the juicy fruits dont have many , bananas have a little more but you cant go wrong with fruit

Seems to be a good and fairly accurate resource. I have a diploma in health & fitness and it all seems to be fairly right. know its a UK website and they're not the best to be taking diet advice from! they do have some smart ppl though :p
