This is actually kind of like a poll. I want to know wether you believe the Bible to be true or not and then whether or not you have read it and if you have, whether it was in part or all the way through. So it's like this:
Question 1: Is the Bible true?
Question 2: Have you read any of it?
Question 3: If so, how much?
I prefer just short simple answers such as "yes, yes, all", or "no,no", or "no, yes, half". Thank you for your time.

1. No - some parts are geographically correct, but that is about all. God, Jesus, Noah, Adam & Eve, etc. - not true. Much like some parts of Harry Potter are true, or even the Da Vinci Code.

2. I have read the entire bible many times. I have read different versions like KJV, Luther, NIV etc.

3. See q.2.

1) No
2) Yes
3) Started by reading the New Testament and later read most of the Old Testament. I couldn't really go on with the Old Testament because I felt that God as portrayed in the Old Testament was very different from the God of the New Testament.

In the Old Testament, God was only concerned with the Jewish people and never revealed himself or attempted to "save" others. Whereas, in the New Testament God suddenly became interested with the rest of the world and demanded that his followers convert them.
